Of the homes on the market, the highest priced property is listed at $2,350,000, located at 68-1868 Malina Pl., while the highest-priced condominium is listed for $999,500 at Unit #22203 in The Pointe at Waikoloa.
On the more affordable end, the lowest-priced single-family home is listed at $659,900 at 68-3529 Kaiaula Pl., while the least expensive condo is available for $391,250 at Unit #E202 in Fairway Terrace.

In the fourth quarter of 2024 (October through December), the sales of single-family homes outpaced those of condominiums.
