At the time of this writing (Apr 1st), there were 7 single-family homes for sale and no homes in escrow within the Mauna Lani Resort, along with 32 condos for sale, and 14 in escrow. One OceanThe highest priced single-family home currently for sale is listed at $25,000,000 and is located at 68-1015 Pauoa Way in the Pauoa Beach community, while the lowest priced home on the market is at 68-1015 Hoe Uli Way, in Nohea at Mauna Lani, and is listed at $4,600,000.

On the condo side, the highest priced condo currently on the market is listed at $4,995,000 and is The Residences of Laule’a #2B. While the lowest priced condo on the market is Unit #F23, in The Palm Villas at Mauna Lani and is listed at $1,165,000.

When it comes to sales in the 1st Quarter, the number of condos sold was quite a bit lower than in previous quarters, while single-family home sales stayed in their usual low volume territory. The highest priced of the 6 condos sold is Unit #202 in KaMilo at Mauna Lani and it went for $2,200,000, from a list price of $2,395.000. The condo with the lowest sales price was in Kulalani at Mauna Lani, Unit #201, which sold for $1,228,000 from a list price of $1,289,000.
